Huayao Tech has completed an in-vehicle smart monitoring upgrade for a large cold-chain logistics company in East China, covering more than 600 refrigerated trucks. Built around the Huayao 8-CH mobile DVR and combined with cabin temperature sensors, door-magnetic switches and active safety modules, the project delivers full-process visibility over video, temperature, door status and driving behavior. To meet the strict temperature-control and timeliness demands of cold-chain transport, the solution sends video, temperature and location data from the on-board terminal to the IoV platform in real time. Any abnormal temperature or unauthorized door opening instantly triggers an alert to the dispatch center and the driver, while video evidence from before and after the event is automatically retained for later tracing and accountability. Meanwhile, ADAS and DSM algorithms intervene in real time against forward collision, close-following and fatigue driving, helping the customer cut its accident rate noticeably. After go-live the client reported roughly 20% higher dispatch efficiency and a marked drop in cargo damage, with monitoring and operational data closed-loop managed on one platform. The customer noted that Huayao's product stability and customization fit the complex conditions of the cold-chain industry well and plans to roll the solution out on more routes. Huayao Tech will keep deepening vertical scenarios, delivering practical integrated solutions for cold-chain, hazardous-goods and passenger transport industries.
